  • Lemon juice - 1/2 spoon (optional, if your curd is not sour use this)
  • Omapodi / Thin Sev / Farsan - As required
  • Sugar - 1/2 spoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/8 tsp (+ few pinches for garnishing)
  • Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp (+ few pinches for garnishing)
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
