  1. In a large bowl, combine lowfat milk, water, extract and food coloring. Mix in whipped cream and chocolate chips. Pour into a foil-lined 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Lift out of the pan and remove foil; slice.
  2. Yield: 8 servings.
