Name: Mexican Cornbread
Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. corn meal (yellow); 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour; 1 1/2 jalapeno peppers, minced; 3 Large eggs, well beaten; 1 can cream style corn; 3/4 c. lowfat milk; 3/4 c. veg. oil; 1/2 bell pepper, minced; Salt to taste

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 jalapeno peppers, minced
3 Large eggs, well beaten
1 can cream style corn
3/4 c. lowfat milk
3/4 c. veg. oil

Directions

Mix well with mixer. Bake at 425 degrees till brown in greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
