Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 5 ears roasted corn
  • 2 roma tomatos blanched, peeled, deseed, fine diced
  • 1 roasted poblano pepper deseeded
  • 1 roasted jalapeno deseeded
  • 1 roasted habanero deseeded
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4-1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion fine diced
  • 3 Tblspn olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 30 small baguette slices
  • salt tt
  • pepper tt
  • cilantro for taste and garnish

Directions

  1. Place sliced baguettes in over at 350 untill firm.
  2. 2.place peppers in food processor of blender with oil and puree.
  3. Strain puree mixture.
  4. Mix tomatos, onion, garlic, corn, salt, pepper, lime, and sour cream.
  5. Add pepper puree one tspn at a time and check for your spicy level.
  6. Scoop mixture ontop of baguettes then add cilantro for tast and garnish
