  • 4 slices white bread with crusts removed
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 pound hamburger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. dry mushrooms; optional

Directions

  1. Crumble the bread into the beaten Large eggs, then fold in all the rest of the ingredients in the order listed above. Spoon gently into a greased loaf tin. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Saute/fry the fresh mushrooms for a garnish.
