Meat Balls: Mix ingredients together. Form balls. Brown and put into sauce 1 hour before it's finished.
Sauce: Brown meat; heat puree. Add in meat and let simmer. Brown tomato paste in meat drippings. Add in water, parsley, and garlic. Add in to tomato mix. Let simmer 2 hrs. Add in meat balls. Cook 1 more hour.
