Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 lg. onion
- 3 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tbsp. coconut
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
Directions
- Heat oil and cook onions. Add in other ingredients; simmer. Mix all meat ball ingredients together and form into small balls. Brown them and then add in to the sauce. Serve over rice.
