  1. Season hamburger well with salt and pepper and add in egg-mix well. Fold in rice. Heat fat,add in onion and cook several min. Combine tomato soup and equal amount of water and add in to onion. Add in parsley,celery,lemon juice,sugar,salt and pepper(to taste) and cook for 10 minutes. Wash cabbage leaves and boil until limp. Put 2T. of meat mix in each leaf and roll up tightly. Secure each roll with toothpick. Place in a saucepan and pour sauce over rolls. Cover pan and cook slowly (275-300degees) for 3 hrs.
  2. Note: I have also put this in crockpot on low for all day
