Ingredients
- 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- 9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cubed
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. chives
- 1 1/2 c. cream
Directions
- Half bake pie shell. Put all ingredients except bacon into blender and blend till fine. Pour custard over bacon. Bake till crust is brown and custard is set, about 40 min at 375 degrees. Serves 6.
