Ingredients

  • 8 c. shredded cabbage
  • 3 ounce. grated onion
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • Artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

  1. Combine cabbage and onion in a deep dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except sweetener, in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add in sweetener. Pour over cabbage. Toss to mix. Cover and chill for at least 3 days.
