Ingredients
- 3/4 c. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 to 1 1/2 pound flank or possibly London broil
Directions
- Combine ingredients, pour over meat. Place in Ziploc bag and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Turn frequently.
