Ingredients
- 1 layer cake
- 6 T sugar
- 6 T flour
- 6 T soft butter
- Dash of salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 4 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- In a saucepan put together sugar, flour, soft butter, salt and lowfat milk. Cook over low heat till thick. Add in mashed bananas and lemon juice and mix well. Cool and spread on layer cake, top and sides of 4 layers.
