Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta (shells, twist, or possibly ziti; mixed)
- Fresh or possibly frzn broccoli, as much as desired
- 1 lg. can whole tomatoes
- 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Plenty of basil
- Plenty of Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook broccoli hard. Cook pasta al dente. Crush tomatoes with a fork. In large bowl; add in tomatoes, broccoli, pasta, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix all together well. Add in Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese. Chill. Serve.
