Ingredients
- 1 pkt (Large) lime jello
- 1 lrg Cream cheese, (8 ounce.)
- 1 1/2 c. Walnuts
- 1 can (Large) crushed pineapple
- 1 pt Whipping cream or possibly Cold Whip
Directions
- Use large bowl. Pour 2 c. of boiling water over jello, stir till dissolved. Chop up chunks of cream cheese and mash it up in the jello (all of the cheese won't dissolve) it will float around in little chunks, this is correct.
- You may use beaters to break it up if you prefer. Now add in the crushed pineapple and stir. Next add in the cream which has been whipped to whipped cream stage. Last, add in 1 1/2 c. walnuts (more if you like). Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan or possibly mold.
