  • 4 x Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 jar , (12 oz) chicken gravy
  • 1 jar , (4.5 oz) Green Giant Sliced Mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon peel, if you like

Directions

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skilled. Add in chicken; sprinkle with lemon- pepper seasoning. Cook, covered, till golden on each side. Stir in chicken gravy and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook till chicken is no longer pink in center. Stir in lemon peel. Serve with warm cooked rice.
