  1. I found the recipe on the back of the China Bowl Chili Puree with garlic.
  2. It is one recipe which I make EXACTLY as the recipe states and it always turns out right.
  3. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and marinate at least 1/2 hour. Stir fry chicken in 2 Tbsp. oil for a few min. Remove chicken. Add in 2 Tbsp. oil and stir fry vegetables. Add in seasoning sauce and add in chicken for the last minute. Add in peanuts and check seasoning. You may have to add in more hoisen or possibly sugar. It will be warm and spicy.
  4. Serves 2 easily. Serve with fried rice.
