Directions

  1. With electric beater cream sugar and butter till light and fluffy. Add in bananas and large eggs, beating till well mixed. Sift together dry ingredients 3 times. Blend with banana mix, but not to over mix.Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour till hard in center and edges begin to separate from pans. Cool on rack for 10 min before removing. These freeze beautifully.
