1 (10 ounce) box frzn minced spinach
1 can water chestnuts, minced
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable dry soup mix
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

Place block of frzn spinach on chopping board and carefully slice with a sharp knife. This will chop the spinach very fine. After it is completely thawed, squeeze out all the water possible. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill for at least 2 hrs.
