Ingredients

  • 5 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 4 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk Evaporated lowfat milk Cinnamon-sugar mix

Directions

  1. Blend butter, sugar, baking pwdr and flour. Rub with hands till texture is like cornmeal. Add in Large eggs and lowfat milk. Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll each into a 4 inch roll. Roll out on floured board to 1/4 inch thick and as long as a cookie sheet. Brush with evaporated lowfat milk, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix. Bake at 400F for 10 min or possibly till browned.
