- slice pepper in half length wise.DO NOT REMOVE SEEDS.cut pepper into slices crosswise.Put pan on high burner,add sliced peppers, when starting to cook,add oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Add 1/2 cup popcorn.cook and shake until popcorn quits popping.
- Pour into bowl with the peppers and add a little salt.
