Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients by hand till very well mixed. Roll into small balls.
  2. Option #1: Fry in warm oil, turning when done on one side. Option #2: Place in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Also, spray tops of meatballs, Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 30 min or possibly till no longer pink in middle.
  3. Serve with sauce of choice over pasta, or possibly in meatball sandwich.
