  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sift first 6 ingredients together in large bowl. Add in Large eggs, coffee, lowfat milk, vegetable oil and the 2 tsp. vanilla extract; blend till smooth. Pour thin batter into a greased 13- by 9-inch baking pan. Bake for 35 min.
  3. Meanwhile, cream butter till soft and sir in confectioners' sugar, the 1/8 tsp. salt, the 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk, and the 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Beat till smooth and creamy adding more lowfat milk, if necessary. Spread over hot cake.
