Ingredients

  • 2 Oz Semisweet chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 3 Oz Bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 9 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut in tablespoon slices
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1/4 Cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/4 Cup Irish whiskey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 Cup +2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • For the chocolate whiskey frosting-
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/3 Cup cocoa powder
  • 1 Cup +2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2-3 Tbsp coffee
  • 1-2 Tbsp Irish whiskey
  • Pinch of salt
