Ingredients
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 x One oz Chocolate -- melted, cooled
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 1 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk baking mix
- 1 c. Minced pecans Whipped topping or possibly whipped Cream Squares unsweetened
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 10" pie pan. Beat in blender for 1 minute: lowfat milk, Large eggs, melted chocolate, vanilla, margarine, brown sugar and baking mix.
- Pour into pie pan. Sprinkle with minced pecans. Bake at 350 F. for 30 min or possibly till set. Serve with whipped cream.
