Ingredients
- 420 ml cup of water
- 150 ml soya milk
- !/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 vanilla essence
- Sweeten with cane sugar
Directions
- 1. Place raw peanuts in electric blender, Measure 280 ml of water pour this in blender.
- 2. Grind peanuts for a 1-2 minutes until the peanuts are fully blended.
- 3. Strain the mixture through sieve,pouring in little at a time and squeezing to extract the liquid.
- 4. After squeezing discard the contents of the sieve.
- 5. Add milk, then sweeten to taste with cane sugar and flavour with vanilla essence and grated nutmeg
