%20and%20will%20be%20adding%20more%20re-created%201940s%20recipes%20regularly%20as%20there%20are%20several%20back%20logged%20on%20my%20camera!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99ve%20had%20a%20cold%20this%20past%20week%20and%20have%20been%20unable%20to%20go%20to%20the%20gym%20as%20its%20been%20sitting%20on%20my%20chest%20and%20start%20coughing%20like%20crazy%20on%20exertion,%20%20BUT%20have%20still%20managed%20lots%20of%20gentle%20walking.%20Richard%20and%20I%20have%20been%20walking%20plenty,%20out%20in%20the%20fresh%20air%20and%20when%20he%20isn%E2%80%99t%20visiting%20here%20or%20I%E2%80%99m%20not%20visiting%20there,%20I%E2%80%99ve%20been%20taking%20a%20walk%20every%20day.%20Hoping%20to%20get%20back%20to%20the%20gym%20as%20soon%20as%20the%20cold%20clears.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20may%20have%20seen%20this%20picture%20doing%20the%20rounds%20so%20I%20wanted%20to%20add%20it%20to%20my%20blog%E2%80%A6%20because%20I%20happen%20to%20think%20what%20this%20lady%20did%20was%20brave%20and%20was%20right.%20She%20refused%20to%20let%20Shape%20magazine%20run%20an%20article%20on%20her%20weight-loss%20because%20they%20allegedly%20refused%20to%20let%20her%20pose%20in%20a%20bikini%20like%20most%20of%20their%20other%20weight-loss%20stories,%20probably%20because%20of%20the%20extra%20skin%20she%20has%20on%20her%20stomach,%20which%20is%20quite%20normal%20for%20someone%20having%20lost%20172%20lbs%20(amazing%20job%20Brooke!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20here%20is%20Brookes%20Blog%20(which%20by%20the%20way%20keeps%20crashing%20right%20now%20because%20of%20all%20the%20visitors%20to%20it!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELets%20send%20her%20some%20love!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EC%20xxxxx%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
