1 1/2 c. thawed minced frzn artichoke hearts
6 ounce cream cheese
1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 c. of water till tender and drain. Throw away liquid. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute or possibly till warm and soft. Stir in rest of ingredients and serve warm.
