Directions

  1. Fry bacon till brown and crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside.
  2. Combine onion, vinegar, sugar, salt, oregano, pepper and mustard in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and hold the boil for 2 min.
  3. Pour warm mix over hot potatoes. Stir in celery and green pepper. When cold, fold in the minced Large eggs.
  4. Makes 6 servings.
