  1. With kitchen shears, snip chipped beef into small pcs. Mix mayo and cream cheese well. Add in beef, peppers and onions. Mix well. Put in 1 qt casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven till mix is bubbly on top. Great for cocktail party or possibly buffet dinner. Served with crackers or possibly chips.
