Directions

  1. HEAT griddle or possibly skillet; grease if necessary. Beat all ingredients except syrup with wire whisk or possibly hand beater till well blended.
  2. POUR batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto warm griddle.
  3. COOK till edges are dry. Turn; cook till golden. Serve with Honey-Cinnamon Syrup. About 14 pancakes.
  4. Honey-Cinnamon Syrup: Heat all ingredients, stirring occasionally, till warm.
