Honey Barbeque Sauce Recipe

• 1 c. ketchup
• 1 c. honey
• 1/4 c. coarse mustard
• 1/4 c. jalapeno chile pepper finely minced (we use rubber gloves)
• 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (not seasoned)
• 1 tsp Tabasco sauce or possibly to taste
• 3 Tbsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr
• 1 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• 1 tsp vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
