Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 lg. onion
- 4 or possibly 5 med. potatoes
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 2 c. macaroni
- 1/2 gal. tomato juice
- 1 lg. can of La Choy vegetables (if you like)
- 1/2 teaspoon red grnd pepper, to suit taste
Directions
- Cook grnd beef till all water is out and it is well cooked. Add in 4 c. of water in the pot. Cut potatoes and put them in the pot with water and meat. Cut up 1 whole onion and put in. Put macaroni and vegetables in then let cook till done.
