Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 4 or possibly 5 med. potatoes
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 2 c. macaroni
  • 1/2 gal. tomato juice
  • 1 lg. can of La Choy vegetables (if you like)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red grnd pepper, to suit taste

Directions

  1. Cook grnd beef till all water is out and it is well cooked. Add in 4 c. of water in the pot. Cut potatoes and put them in the pot with water and meat. Cut up 1 whole onion and put in. Put macaroni and vegetables in then let cook till done.
