1 Tbsp. Dry onions
1 tsp Bell peppers, freeze-dry
1 tsp Salt -- or possibly to taste
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Dry chopped garlic
1/4 tsp Dry mustard
1/4 tsp Celery seed
1/4 tsp Chili pwdr

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl till proportionately distributed. Spoon mix onto a 6" square of aluminum foil and fold to make an airtight packet. Label with date and contents. Store in a cold, dry place. Use within 6 months.
Makes 1 packet or possibly about 3 tb of Homemade Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix.
