• 2 c. Bulgur (cracked wheat)
• 1 c. Cornmeal
• 1/2 c. Instant dry lowfat milk
• 4 tsp Salt
• 1 env dry active yeast
• 1/4 c. Hot water
• 3 c. Chicken broth
• 1 x Egg slightly beaten w/ 1 tsp lowfat milk
