Directions

  1. Cook onions and green pepper in butter in large skillet till onions are transparent. Add in beef, stir till browned. Add in soup, catsup, salt, and pepper; simmer for 8 min, stirring occasionally. Blend lowfat milk, cream cheese and lemon juice; add in garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Add in cream cheese mix to noodles. Spread noodle mix in 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Pour beef sauce on top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min. Yield: 8 servings.
