Ingredients

2 1/4 cups (10 1/8 ounces) unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon table salt
12 tablespoons (6 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (7 ounces) granulated sugar
1 large egg, at room temperature
1/2 cup Heath 'Bits 'O Brickle'
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup (4 oz) milk chocolate chips for drizzling
3 Tbsp half and half
Using a thin-bladed knife, cut the dough into slices between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick
