Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 (17 ounce.) can cream style corn
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. half and half cream
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
- Beat Large eggs till thick. Blend in creamed corn. Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper; slowly stir half and half into dry ingredients to make a smooth paste. Add in to corn mix.
- Pour into greased 1 1/2-qt casserole. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min. Crispy bacon pcs, minced pepper or possibly pimento may be added if you like.
