  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pkg. hashbrowns (frzn)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. grated cheese
  • 1/2 container lowfat sour cream
  • Corn flakes

Directions

  1. Saute/fry minced onion in butter, stir in thawed hashbrowns, add in other ingredients and put in buttered dish (rectangular). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Yields: 8 to 10 servings.
