Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 lg. bag frzn hash brown potatoes
- 1 (15 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 stick butter, melted
- Bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Pour melted butter over the top of crumbs. Bake covered for 45 min. Uncover and bake 15 min longer.
