Ingredients
- 2 pound lean beef stew
- 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. red wine
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 10 carrots, cut in 1/2 inch slices
- 2 cans whole white onions
- 1 pkg. frzn whole green beans
Directions
- Brown beef; pour off fat. Add in soup, wine, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hrs. Add in carrots, onions, and beans. Cook 45 min. Thicken sauce, if you like. Serve over noodles.
