  1. Brown grnd beef along with celery and onion. Add in tomato soup, catsup and salt and pepper. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Arrange potatoes over top of meat mix. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 min or possibly till potatoes are brown. 4 to 6 servings.
