  • 1 can Chunk-Style Ham, Liquid removed And Flaked, 6 3/4 Ounce.
  • 1 can Sliced Mushrooms, Liquid removed, 4 Ounce.
  • 6 x Large eggs, Beaten
  • 1/3 c. Skim Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 tsp Parsley, Dry
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 c. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded, 4 Ounce.

Directions

  1. In a 1 1/2-qt casserole stir together the ham and the liquid removed mushrooms.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Large eggs, skim lowfat milk, grated Parmesan cheese, dry parsley, onion pwdr and pepper.
  3. Pour the egg mix proportionately over the ham mix in the casserole.
  4. Micro-cook, uncovered on High for 4 to 6 min or possibly until the egg mix is almost set, pushing cooked portions to center of the casserole several times during cooking. Sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Let stand for 5 min.
