Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 onions, peeled and minced
  • 1 pound grnd meat, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 lg. can tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Mix tomato sauce and onion and grnd meat together. Put a layer of potatoes in a large casserole. Put a layer of grnd meat mixed with onion and sauce on top of potatoes. Put the rest of potatoes on the top of grnd meat and cover with the rest of the grnd meat and sauce. Cover with a lid or possibly foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
