Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp finely minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 lb (about 3 large) unpeeled baking potatoes, such as russets, cut into
  • 1/2 x inch-thick slices
  • 4 x boneless rib-eye beef steaks (6 to 8 ounces each)
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper Preheat the grill.

Directions

  1. Combine the oil, garlic, rosemary and half the salt. Add in the potato slices and turn till well coated.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of the steaks with the remaining salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the potatoes for eight min or possibly till soft. Turn and continue grilling 10 min longer or possibly till cooked through. Remove from the grill and keep hot. After turning the potatoes, add in the steaks to grill. Cook steaks for about 12 min for medium-rare, turning once, or possibly till the steaks are cooked the way you like them.
