  • 500 g Ground Pork or Beef
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Lemongrass
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Galangal
  • 2 Shallots, minced
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 20 Short Bamboo Skewers, soaked in the water for 1 hour
  • Peanut or Vegetable Oil
  • Vietnamese Chili Lime Sauce
