  • 1 (17 ounce.) can sweet peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 quart. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Mix peas, lowfat milk, pepper, salt and butter. Bring to rolling boil. Roll out dumpling mix (should be thin). Drop into pea mix. After all dumplings are dropped in, turn off heat. Place lid on pot. Let stand 10 min. (Cooked and deboned chicken may be added.)
