Ingredients
- 2 x Egg, beaten
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk Cube Butter
Directions
- Beat Large eggs well. Add in sugar and beat some more. Add in baking pwdr, vanilla. Heat lowfat milk and butter together almost to boiling point. Cold a minute and add in to flour and egg mix carefully. Pour into 9 inch round cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. This makes 1 cake layer. If you want to make two layers double recipe. Frost with chocolate whipped cream filling.
