Directions

  1. Mix together cake mix, 2 eggs and butter; blend well.
  2. Spoon (it is easier to spread with your fingers) mixture into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
  3. Mix together cream cheese, remaining eggs and powdered sugar. Pour over batter layer and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in 350 Fahrenheit oven for 40 minutes.
  5. Top of cake will be a light golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
