%20that%20this%20is%20pizza%20the%20best.%20%20%20I%E2%80%99ve%20been%20whipping%20up%20a%20batch%20of%20this%20pizza%20crust%20recipe%20with%20some%20homemade%20pizza%20sauce%20a%20few%20times%20this%20summer%20just%20to%20keep%20the%20fans%20happy.%20%20%20%20This%20crust%20recipe%20easily%20makes%20one%20large%20pizza%20or%208-10%20%E2%80%9Cpersonal%E2%80%9D%20(salad%20plate%20size)%20pizza%20crusts.%20%20I%20prebake%20them%20on%20parchment%20paper,%20cool%20them,%20and%20slide%20the%20crusts%20(on%20parchment%20still)%20into%20a%20freezer%20bag%20and%20freeze.%20%20Then%20I%20take%20them%20out%20and%20heat%20them%20up,%20top%20and%20bake%20for%2011-14%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99ve%20even%20made%20a%20batch%20for%20a%20kid%20pizza%20party%20this%20summer.%20%20Everything%20eaten%20at%20the%20party%20was%20gluten%20free%20%E2%80%93%20and%20NONE%20of%20the%20kids%20even%20suspected.%20%20Sure%20made%20it%20easier%20for%20me%20to%20serve%20everyone.%20%20The%20girls%20have%20two%20friends%20who%20are%20gluten%20free%20and%20we%20make%20every%20effort%20to%20keep%20them%20included%20in%20the%20fun.%20%20It%20was%20so%20easy%20to%20just%20pull%20these%20out%20of%20the%20fridge%20(I%20made%20them%20the%20day%20before),%20along%20with%20the%20sauce%20and%20hit%20the%20road.%20%20A%20girlfriend%20hosted%20the%20baking%20(she%20has%20air%20conditioning,%20and%20the%20other%20mom%20and%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20%E2%80%93%20LOL).%20%20The%20other%20mom%20brought%20the%20toppings%20(cheese,%20etc)%20and%20we%20were%20set.%20%20The%20kids%20all%20made%20their%20pizzas%20and%20while%20they%20baked,%20they%20played.%20%20We%20chatted.%20%20Eat.%20Chat.%20And%20continue%20on.%20%20It%20was%20fun.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere%E2%80%99s%20the%20recipe%20I%20used%20to%20make%20the%20crusts:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGluten%20Free%20Basic%20Pizza%20Crust%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStep%201%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20together%20dry%20ingredients%20in%20medium-large%20mixing%20bowl.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStep%202%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20together%20all%20wet%20ingredients%20in%20a%20large%20measuring%20cup.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStep%203%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20wet%20to%20dry.%20Mix%20thoroughly%20and%20then%20beat%20on%20high%20for%203%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStep%204%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EUse%20a%20wet%20spatula%20to%20smooth%20the%20pizza%20crust%20out%20into%20the%20desired%20size/shape%20*ON%20TO%20PARCHMENT%20PAPER*%20(to%20make%20it%20non-stick).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStep%205%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20at%20350F%20until%20the%20top%20is%20dry%20and%20edges%20are%20slightly%20golden.%20(About%209-12%20minutes,%20depending%20on%20your%20crust%20size%20and%20thickness.)%20Don't%20over%20cook%20the%20edges%20too%20much%20or%20they%20will%20burn%20when%20you%20bake%20after%20topping%20the%20crusts.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStep%206%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove.%20Allow%20to%20cool%20completely%20before%20storing%20in%20freezer%20bags%20or%20in%20the%20refrigerator%20(3-5%20days)%20in%20an%20airtight%20container.%20-OR-%20top%20with%20your%20desired%20sauce/toppings%20and%20bake%20for%2011-15%20minutes%20until%20the%20cheese%20has%20melted%20and%20begun%20to%20brown.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20also%20used%20this%20recipe%20to%20bake%20a%20%E2%80%9Cflatbread%E2%80%9D%20with%20some%20olive%20oil%20brushed%20on%20top%20and%20sprinkled%20with%20sea%20salt.%20%20The%20kids%20love%20dipping%20it%20in%20to%20the%20pizza%20sauce%20too.%20%20Perfectly%20delicious.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHope%20you%20are%20all%20well%20%E2%80%93%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EKate%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
