- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (I would use Kinnikinick panko style bread crumbs)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (I use Heinz Brand, it's gluten free)
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 package Goat Cheese (100 grams)
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 tbsp ketchup or tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
